"Dear brain please be quiet" is a mixed media art, then scanned and slightly digitally altered.
It's a fun expression of frustration at the sometimes too talkative brain that wants to tell you about everything and anything just when you're either trying to focus or sleep.
How can you use them?
All cards are magnetic, so you can designate a space - for example on the fridge - where you can put a card when you need to remind yourself about good things in life or just want to get into a dispute with your own too talkative brain.
My dream is for neuroatypical people to be better understood – at school, at home, at work and as a result, less stressed and better rested.
